Physical Therapist - Parkinson's and Alzheimer's Care

Job Description We are a neurologic specialty outpatient practice focused on helping individuals with Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and similar neurologic conditions maintain mobility, independence, and quality of life. This is a mobile outpatient therapy position (not home health) where therapists treat patients in their homes and community settings. Experience with LSVT BIG, LSVT LOUD, or similar neurologic rehabilitation approaches is recommended. Therapists interested in developing expertise in Parkinson’s therapy, movement disorder treatment, balance training, and cognitive rehabilitation are strongly encouraged to apply.
