Qualifications

• Raduated from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current or eligible for Virginia Physical Therapist licensure.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills or a desire to develop them through mentorship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to build rapport with patients and provide compassionate, individualized care.
• Self-motivated, positive, and team-oriented.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and an exceptional patient experience.
