About the role

Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital in Westborough, MA is seeking both part-time and full-time Physical Therapists. The hospital offers sign-on bonuses of $7,500 for part-time positions and $15,000 for full-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with hospital policies.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Massachusetts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities.
• Experience with various therapeutic interventions.
