Physical Therapist - Outpatient / Sr. Living

The Role

The Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to provide skilled physical therapy care in the assisted living, independent living, and outpatient clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy care to address pain, functional limitations, and strength-based deficits in the assisted living, independent living, and outpatient clinic settings.
• Have adult outpatient experience with a focus on orthopedic conditions and geriatric rehabilitation.
• Possess a current Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.

Pay

Good Faith Rate Range: $38/hr - $42/hr
