Healing Arts Center is a busy multi-specialty clinic in Branson, Missouri. We have served this area for decades and offer care across multiple departments, including physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, medical services, hormone therapy, weight loss, IV therapy, functional medicine, and other wellness-based services.

You are being hired to be an excellent Physical Therapist in a clinic where multiple disciplines work under one roof and where patients often need more than one tool in the toolbox. You are not being hired to become a chiropractor, abandon evidence-based care, or wave crystals over someone’s hamstring.

About Dr. Brittany Wright And The PT Department

Our PT department is led by Dr. Brittany Wright, who came out of the corporate hospital PT world and decided she was not interested in building another burnout factory. She has helped shape a department where patients are treated like people, therapists are expected to think deeply, and quality of care matters. The work is meaningful, the standards are high, and the right person will have room to grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care in a busy outpatient setting
• Conduct evaluations and treatments during the same session
• Lead and collaborate with PTAs and other clinical staff
• Maintain consistent, high-quality documentation
• Communicate effectively with patients and the multidisciplinary team
• Contribute to department growth and patient outcomes

Requirements

We are looking for a PT who is:

• Clinically curious and smart
• Personable, hard-working, and dependable
• Kind to patients and good with communication
• Comfortable working as part of a larger clinical team
• Able to lead PTAs appropriately
• Not allergic to documentation
• Able to receive feedback without being dramatic or entitled
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist (DPT preferred but not required for experienced PTs)

You do not have to know everything, but you do need to care enough to keep learning.

Pay

Base salary range: $82,000-$90,000 annually. Performance-based bonus of up to $10,000 after one year, based on clinical impact, patient care, documentation consistency, teamwork, dependability, and contribution to department growth. Relocation assistance up to $5,000 for qualified candidates genuinely moving to the Branson area.

Schedule

Full-time position with no weekends or holidays. Hours generally fall between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., typically resembling an 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday schedule. The current salaried PT does not work more than 40 hours per week.
