Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)
Start date: as soon as possible. Travel assignment with 8-day shifts and a pay rate of $1,721.00 - $1,773.00 per week.
About the role
Help patients regain mobility and function after injury or surgery in an outpatient setting. Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, implement evidence-based interventions, and educate patients and families about recovery and self-management.

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
- Active Tennessee PT license (Compact accepted)
- BLS certification (copy required)
- One professional reference covering entire work history
- Outpatient rehabilitation experience recommended
- Strong communication skills
