Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

About the role

Deliver outpatient physical therapy services focused on rehabilitation and recovery. Assess patients, create individualized treatment plans, and use therapeutic techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Apply therapeutic techniques to improve mobility, strength, and pain management
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active South Carolina PT license (Compact accepted)
• BLS certification (copy required)
• SSN and date of birth required for compliance
• One professional reference covering entire work history

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient settings
• Prior travel physical therapy experience
• Strong communication skills

Pay

$1,881.00 – $1,938.00 per week.
