Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy
- Educate patients and families
- Monitor progress
Requirements
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- A current New Jersey PT license
- Experience in outpatient clinical settings
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems (preferred)
