Responsibilities
- Review medical histories
- Diagnose movement functions
- Develop individualized care plans
- Use exercises and therapy to restore function and reduce pain
- Treat patients in various settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics, home health, schools, sports facilities, workplaces, or nursing homes
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
- Passing the National Physical Therapy Exam
- Active Minnesota licensure
- One year of clinical experience suggested
- Strong adaptability, communication, and decision-making skills
Qualifications
- Licenses: PT-MN
- Certifications: BLS
- SSN Required
- DOB Required
- References: 1 Reference in entire work history
- License and OP experience are required
