Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

The Physical Therapist position is based in Conyers, Georgia, offering a blend of urban convenience and suburban charm. The clinic is designed for orthopedic and sports-focused caseloads, providing a modern outpatient rehabilitation and performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a primarily outpatient caseload including post-surgical orthopedic patients, sports injuries, work-related musculoskeletal conditions, and active individuals seeking performance enhancement.
• Develop and deliver hands-on and exercise-based interventions, patient education, and regular progress reassessments.
• Document care in an electronic medical record, coordinate with referring providers, and participate in case discussions with colleagues.
• Manage patient volumes to ensure thorough evaluations and meaningful one-on-one or small-group treatment sessions, balancing productivity with quality of care.
• Participate in opportunities to focus on particular populations such as athletes, post-operative patients, or active adults, depending on clinic needs and personal interests.
• Work flexible daytime shifts, Monday through Friday, with scheduling designed to accommodate patient demand while supporting work-life balance.

Requirements

• Physical Therapist license and outpatient experience required.
• Prior travel experience preferred.

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge in orthopedics and sports medicine.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

$2222.00 - $2290.00 per shift.
