Travel Physical Therapist jobs in Fort Dodge, Iowa let you work in both outpatient and acute care rehab settings. You will spend four days a week in the outpatient clinic and one day in acute care, using EPIC for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in outpatient and acute care settings
• Document patient progress using EPIC
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Evaluate patient conditions and adjust treatments accordingly
• Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate interventions
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments to monitor patient progress
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• At least one year of previous PT experience
• Outpatient experience
• Iowa PT license
• BLS certification
• Inpatient experience and completion of at least one travel contract are preferred

Qualifications

• Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
• Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed) OR Physical Therapist, Outpatient
