Required qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Illinois physical therapist license
• BLS certification (copy needed)
• SSN and DOB required
• 1 reference in entire work history

Preferred qualifications

• License and outpatient experience are required
• Travel experience is preferred

Schedule

8-hour shifts available. Start date: 9/7/2026. Allied travel assignments are typically for 13 weeks.

Pay

Pay Rate: $2028.00 - $2090.00
