Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients to help them regain mobility and independence.
- Develop care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in acute and outpatient care.
- Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license (Compact accepted).
- 1 reference required from entire work history.
- ASAP start date.
