• Provide outpatient physical-therapy services in accordance with state licensure and clinic protocols.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license (Compact accepted).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (copy required).
• Valid Social Security Number and date of birth.
• One professional reference covering the entire work history.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel-therapy experience.
