About the role

Travel Physical Therapist outpatient assignment in Glen, NH delivering outpatient rehabilitation services in a scenic New Hampshire setting. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and help patients return to community activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active New Hampshire PT license
• Outpatient clinical experience (recommended)
• Current CPR certification (recommended)

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist, Outpatient PT (Compact Accepted)
• Certifications: BLS (copy needed)
• SSN required
• DOB required
• References: 1 reference in entire work history
• Preferred: License and OP experience
