Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited PT program
• Valid Vermont PT license
• BLS certification
• Outpatient experience preferred

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist, Acute certification
• Physical Therapist, Outpatient certification
• BLS certification (copy needed)
• SSN required
• DOB required
• One professional reference

Pay rate: $2,274.00 – $2,343.00
