About the Role
Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient position in South Bend, IN with AMN Healthcare. Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to help patients regain mobility and reduce pain. Educate patients and families, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Indiana PT license (Compact accepted)
- BLS certification (copy needed)
- SSN and DOB required
- 1 reference from entire work history
Preferred Qualifications
- Outpatient clinical experience
- Travel experience
