Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

Start date: as soon as possible. 5×8 schedule.

About the role

Outpatient Physical Therapist position in Cedartown, GA treating general orthopedics, debility, stroke, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, and fractures. You will see 10–15 patients per day, scheduling 30-minute intervals and 1-hour complex evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge notes
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely charting

Requirements

• 1 year of outpatient physical-therapy experience
• Active Physical Therapist license (Compact accepted)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (copy required)
• Valid Social Security Number and date of birth
• One professional reference from the last 24 months

Pay

$2,264.00 – $2,333.00 per 8-hour shift.
