Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions, including post-surgical orthopedic cases, sports injuries, acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain, and work-related injuries.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, implement therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques, and provide clear patient education on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system, coordinate with other providers when needed, and actively participate in quality and outcome initiatives.

Schedule

StartDate: 9/28/2026. Available Shifts: 8 D. The schedule typically includes weekday daytime hours with some flexibility depending on clinic needs and patient demand, allowing for a stable routine while still supporting work-life balance.

Pay

Pay Rate: $2156.00 - $2221.00

• Physical Therapist, Outpatient
• References: 1 Reference in entire work history
• License and OP experience are required (preferred).
