Outpatient Travel Physical Therapist position in Jeffersonville, IN. Help patients improve movement and manage pain through hands-on care and exercise plans. Assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver therapy, and document progress.

Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Active Indiana PT license (Compact accepted)
- BLS certification
- SSN and date of birth required for compliance
- One professional reference covering entire work history
Preferred Qualifications
- Outpatient experience
- Previous travel experience
Pay
$2,067.00 - $2,130.00 per week.

8-day shifts.
