Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical ability

Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Virginia PT license
- Social Security Number (SSN) required
- Date of Birth (DOB) required
- One professional reference from entire work history
- Outpatient (OP) experience required

Pay
Pay rate: $2,164.00 – $2,230.00 per week.
Schedule
