Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their needs and goals.
• Perform therapeutic exercises and treatments to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress in medical records.

Requirements

• Current license as a Physical Therapist in Hawaii (PT-HI).
• Licenses as a Physical Therapist, Inpatient Rehab, and Physical Therapist, Outpatient.
• Social Security Number required.
• Date of Birth required.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with local resources and community events.

Pay

$2014.00 - $2075.00 per week.
