About the role

Assess, plan, and implement physical therapy treatment for a variety of patients including those with joint replacement, vestibular disorders, chronic pain, stroke, and athletes.

Responsibilities

• Support patient recovery and mobility
• Work with patients in outpatient settings
• Preferred experience in outpatient settings
• Strong teamwork skills required

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• A current Tennessee PT license
• BLS certification (copy needed)

• Certifications: BLS (copy needed)
• SSN required
• DOB required
• References: 1 reference in entire work history
