Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic interventions to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist license in Hawaii.
- BLS certification required.
