Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapist license (Compact accepted).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (copy required).
• SSN and date of birth required for compliance.
• One professional reference covering your entire work history.

Location

Facility is located near scenic Mt. Rainier in Yakima, the eighth largest city in Washington. Known for high-quality agricultural production and natural beauty, the region offers:

Pay

Pay rate: $2,016.00 - $2,077.00 per 8-day shift.

Schedule

Assignments are typically 13 weeks in duration, starting September 7, 2026.
