About the role
You will assess and treat clients with musculoskeletal and post-operative conditions, develop personalized therapy plans, and document progress using the provided EMR system. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support patient recovery and independence.
Responsibilities

- Provide 40 hours per week Monday through Friday with on-call duties
Requirements
- Active Washington PT license
- At least one year of outpatient experience
- SSN required
- DOB required
- 1 reference in entire work history
