Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

The Physical Therapist position is based in Odenton, Maryland, a vibrant community in the Baltimore-Washington corridor. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and establish functional diagnoses
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans for a diverse outpatient caseload
- Conduct one-on-one treatment sessions
- Supervise therapeutic exercise
- Provide manual therapy
- Educate patients on home programs and injury prevention
- Collaborate with referring physicians
- Document all services in the clinic’s EMR system
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Collaborate with physical therapist colleagues, support staff, and other rehabilitation professionals
- Focus on particular interest areas such as sports medicine, post-operative rehabilitation, or work conditioning
- Work shifts generally during daytime hours on weekdays, with flexibility for early morning or evening appointments
Requirements
- Physical Therapist license and outpatient experience
- Preferred: Travel experience
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems
