- Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
- Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed) OR Physical Therapist, Outpatient

- References: 1 Reference in entire work history
Qualifications
First-time travelers are welcome.
The schedule is negotiable, covering weekends and may include Friday-Monday or Thursday-Monday, with the possibility to float to Cleveland.
