Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

About the role

Provides physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Tailors treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Conducts evaluations and diagnoses to develop treatment strategies.
• Administers therapeutic exercises and treatments to improve mobility and function.
• Maintains accurate records and reports progress to patients and referring physicians.

Requirements

• Physical Therapist License (PT(Compact Accepted)) required.
• BLS-AHA certification required.
• SSN and DOB required.
• No more than 90 days of work history gap in the last year.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
