Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

About the role

As an outpatient PT, you will evaluate patient conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, provide therapeutic exercises and interventions, document progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams. Productivity expectations may include up to 60 visits per week, with 12–14 patients per day.

Requirements

• Degree in physical therapy
• Current Pennsylvania PT license
• BLS certification (copy needed)
• SSN required
• DOB required
• 1 reference in entire work history
