About the role

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in an outpatient setting. Develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with healthcare teams to improve mobility and function.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible California PT licensure
• BLS certification
• SSN and date of birth required for compliance
• One professional reference covering entire work history

Qualifications

• Outpatient experience recommended
• Strong communication skills

Pay

$2,203.00 – $2,270.00 per shift.
