Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

About the role

Travel Physical Therapist job in Fox Lake, IL focused on outpatient care. You will help patients recover mobility and improve quality of life through individualized therapy plans. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, planning and implementing treatments, documenting progress, and educating patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient mobility and functional limitations
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program
• Active Illinois PT license
• Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care or outpatient settings
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 1 professional reference covering entire work history

$2,074.00 - $2,137.00 per 8-day shift.
