About the role
This facility will not consider any "local" traveler who resides within 50 miles of facility.
Responsibilities
- Provides patient/resident therapy evaluations and/or treatments according to established policies and procedures for pediatric to geriatric patients
- Outpatient setting with ortho, neuro, and general medical patient caseload
- Covers shifts in outpatient Physical Therapy
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years CURRENT PT experience - Required - NO NEW GRADS
- Outpatient experience - Required
- Inpatient experience - Preferred
- BLS (AHA) Required
Qualifications
- Physical Therapist, Outpatient Experience: 2 years
- Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
- Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy Needed)
- SSN Required
- DOB Required
- Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
- References: 1 Reference in entire work history
- Outpatient setting with ortho, neuro, and general medical patient caseload
