Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

About the Role

Travel Physical Therapist – Outpatient assignment in Waterville, ME. You will deliver skilled therapy services in a structured rehabilitation environment, evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, providing therapeutic exercises, and documenting progress. Typical caseloads involve 10 to 14 patient encounters per day, focusing on geriatric and post‑surgical populations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and assess functional status.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for Maine physical therapy licensure.
• Clinical experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings.
• Strong documentation, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Physical Therapist, Outpatient (SSN required, DOB required).
• At least one professional reference covering the entire work history.
