Requirements
Valid North Carolina Physical Therapist license; current BLS certification; outpatient experience recommended. Additionally, the assignment requires SSN and date of birth, and one professional reference from your work history.

Pay
Pay rate: $2,185.00 – $2,251.00 (per week).
Schedule
