Responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient physical therapy services to patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Follow established clinical procedures and protocols
- Support positive patient outcomes through evidence-based practice
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in Maine (PT-ME)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Relevant clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy
- SSN and date of birth required for compliance
- One professional reference covering entire work history
