Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

About the role

This position is in an adult rehab center and outpatient rehab therapy setting. You’ll work 8-hour day shifts Monday through Friday, with two late evenings per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient and adult rehab environment.

Requirements

• Active Virginia PT license (compact accepted).
• Minimum of two years of experience in adult rehab and outpatient therapy.
• Candidates who have worked at any Sentara site within the past year must take a six-month break before returning.
• SSN, date of birth, and one professional reference required.
