Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out evaluations, review medical histories, conduct assessments, and collaborate with patients and families to develop treatment plans.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans based on patient responses and progress.
• Create and manage discharge plans while ensuring accurate and timely documentation of care activities.
• Optimize scheduling to ensure efficient patient access and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Pursue continuous education, serve as a clinical instructor, and mentor staff and students.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure in Maryland, DC, or Virginia as required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
• Strong communication, clinical competence, and customer service skills.
• Effective time management and a dedication to personal and professional development.
