Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics

Role Overview Seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient orthopedics to provide high-quality, evidence-based care in a state-of-the-art facility. Responsibilities Assess and diagnose patients through comprehensive evaluations.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic techniques.Educate patients and families to promote recovery and long-term well-being.Provide direct patient care with a focus on high-quality, 1:1 therapy sessions.Model proficiency and precept new staff or students, fostering a collaborative team approach.Contribute to safety, quality, and innovative clinical practices in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's or Doctorate preferred.Current Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and patient education skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
