Physical Therapist - Outpatient, Full Time

Role: Rehabilitation Physical Therapist responsible for conducting objective assessments and developing comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. Responsibilities: Perform assessments, supervise patients directly, oversee rehabilitation technicians indirectly, and provide general supervision of PT assistants in accordance with the Oklahoma Practice Act. Ensure duties align with organizational mission, values, and standards. Qualifications: Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license, BLS certification, with preferred experience of 6 months to 1 year caring for adult and geriatric populations. Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required. Skills: Strong assessment and treatment planning skills, supervision capabilities, adherence to policies, and a collaborative approach to patient care.
