Physical Therapist - Outpatient (Full Time)

Position Overview

Provides physical therapy evaluation, develops individualized treatment plans, and implements evidence-based interventions to support patient recovery. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, communicates professionally, supervises support staff, and manages administrative tasks such as documentation and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients, plan treatment, and educate patients/caregivers.
• Manage documentation, billing, and administrative duties.
• Coordinate with healthcare team and referring physicians for optimal care.
• Demonstrate professionalism, adhere to policies, and supervise support staff.
• Participate in departmental committees, serve as clinical instructor, and pursue credentialing as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Holds a current license in the state of practice.
• Requires a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills are essential.

Schedule

• Clinic hours are weekdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with no weekend or holiday shifts.
