Role Overview

Responsible for delivering and coordinating physical therapy services, developing individualized treatment programs, and evaluating patients to promote health and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients through records, interviews, and observations.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize appropriate activities to meet treatment goals, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Provide direct therapy in various settings, aligning with patients' physical, emotional, and intellectual needs.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and other reports.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and team members regarding progress and needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active physical therapy license in the practice state.
• Preferred 1-3 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist.
• Strong communication, visual acuity, and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Commitment to confidentiality, safety standards, and professional growth.
