About the Role
Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program
- Preferred: Master's Degree
- 6 months of relevant experience
- Upon Hire: State of Michigan Physical Therapist License (LIC-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI)
- Upon Hire: State of Michigan Driver's License (LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI)
- Within 90 Days: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
