Physical Therapist Outpatient

About the role

Provides expert patient care in an onsite outpatient setting, conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and educating patients to promote recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and diagnosing patients' physical conditions
• Implementing therapeutic treatment techniques tailored to patient goals
• Educating patients and families for long-term health benefits
• Modeling proficiency and precepting new team members
• Supporting safety and quality in clinical care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's or Doctorate preferred
• Colorado State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross
