Physical Therapist - OrthoSouth

Integrity Rehab Group is an industry-leading therapy management company partnering with physician practices across the nation. In collaboration with OrthoSouth, we are a preferred outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy service provider to the Collierville, TN community. We are expanding to support this community and seeking a Physical Therapist committed to delivering a remarkable patient experience through patient-centered, evidence-based care. This role emphasizes building relationships with physician partners to achieve exceptional patient outcomes in a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, evidence-based physical therapy with a focus on orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
• Coordinate comprehensive treatment plans to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
• Build and maintain integral relationships with physician partners.
• Participate in physician interaction opportunities, including clinic shadowing and surgery observation.
• Engage in an extensive sports medicine outreach program with local high schools and colleges.

Requirements

• Current or pending Tennessee PT license.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• CPR certified.

Pay

$75,000 - $95,000 per year.
