About the role
Our Tucson, AZ Banner Physical Therapy center is looking for a compassionate and driven licensed physical therapist (PT) to join our team. Caseload is primarily orthopedic with the opportunity to work alongside the ReVital program director to grow the oncology population. Seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team, which provides rehabilitative services to help improve the quality of life for people affected by cancer. Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse patient population.
Responsibilities
- Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
- Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs
- Complete and maintain required trainings
- Maintain compliance with government regulations
- Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients
Requirements
- Successful completion of educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certified
Qualifications
- Interest/experience in cancer rehabilitation (preferred)
