Location: Lompoc, CA Setting: Outpatient Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Schedule: 8:00 AM-5:00/6:00 PM, flexible based on clinic needs No weekends / on-call requirements Position Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapists (PTs) to join a growing outpatient practice in Lompoc, CA. Both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services.Deliver individualized patient care based on clinical needs and treatment goals.Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, exercises, and recovery.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.Provide patient-centered care while maintaining professional standards.Adapt treatment approaches to different patient needs and abilities.Participate in continuing education and professional development activities. Patient Population Patients may range from infants through older adults, depending on specialty and clinical needs. PediatricsOrthopedicsSports MedicineGeneral Outpatient Rehabilitation Typical caseload is approximately 14-16 patients per day, with 30-45 minute appointments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field, as applicable.Valid California PT license, or eligibility/willingness to obtain California licensure.PTLA candidates may be considered where applicable.Current CPR certification.Clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
