About the role

Responsibilities
- Follow state laws and perform procedures within your training.
- Consult with supervising therapists on care plans.
- Instruct patients and families on exercises, mobility, safety, and prosthetic use.
- Observe and report patient responses and condition changes.
- Coordinate care with healthcare team members as needed.
Requirements
- Current licensure or certification to practice physical therapy.
- CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Adaptability to diverse home environments.
- Availability for weekend work.

Pay
$26.60 to $39.90 per hour.
