Responsibilities
- Provide Physical Therapy consultation and services to our patients
- Educate patients and caregivers of safe rehabilitation practices
- Complete your weekly documentation using the Raintree EMR
- Comply with all state and federal guidelines for PT

Schedule, Flexible! 8 hour shift, 10 hour shift, 1/2 days - let's make it work for you! Day shift Monday to Friday shifts No nights Occasional Weekend availability for additional pay - not required though
