Providing in-home rehabilitative care as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and patient education.
- Promote patient safety, independence, and improved quality of life.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
- Document patient progress and communicate changes in condition.
